Panela Ecuador: cane juice crystallised by evaporation, never refined.
Demerara: golden brown, fast dissolving, mild flavour.
Golden Light Paraguay: extracted straight from the cane with no chemical treatment.
Mascobado Philippines: unrefined, keeps the nutrients of the plant.
