Natruly

Natruly

Natruly makes food without added sugar, without sweeteners, without gluten and without artificial additives. The brand as it exists today launched in 2018, after four or five years of work, though the company behind it was incorporated earlier and traded under other names before taking the Natruly name in 2021.

The founding story is personal. Niklas has been coeliac since birth and came to the subject through his own diet before taking a nutrition qualification. Octavio spent his time working out how the food industry actually operates. What they built from it is a brand with an unusual habit: they publish the percentage of every single ingredient on every product, including in the cases where no regulation obliges them to. On an organic cheese-flavoured snack, for instance, that means stating 55.2 per cent organic tapioca powder, 13.6 per cent organic chestnut powder, 11.6 per cent organic coconut fat, and so on down the list.

The range covers chocolate, soluble cacao, bars, cacao creams, nut butters, biscuits, granola, oats, protein and snacks. The peanut butter is one ingredient, artisan roasted, in a glass jar.

Natruly S.L. is registered at Calle General Aranaz in Madrid.
